Sound Blue's sound recordings (field recordings) may only be used for creating original works.

Permitted

Use in creative works (videos, music, games, etc.)
Modify, transform, and create derivative works
Use in personal and commercial creative projects

Prohibited

Redistribution of sounds prohibited - Cannot distribute original or modified sound files
Standalone sale or distribution of sound files
Resale as sound libraries or packs
Standalone sharing without incorporation into creative works

Legal Restrictions

Copyright registration prohibited - You may not register copyright claims on these recordings
Patent applications prohibited - You may not file patents based on these recordings
Violation of these terms immediately terminates your license to use the recordings
